The Justice System towards the people can be very enforcing in many situations. The Justice system can be very moralistic with many of the communities by how their choices are with actions that are made. This visualizes the aspects of Diverse Communities throughout the United states. Many diverse backgrounds play important roles in every community allowing unity towards everyone. Justice System wants to see and keep the society safe of dangerous groups. This allows them to make steps towards having either on figuring out if the case would be moral or ethical to them. the community giving more recognition to the citizen who want more diversity on providing help for them. Then we have those communities where they take steps on being picky of cultural choices on preventing issues.

Many people from the communities are ethical of the laws, and by how they aspect the diversity around them. Coming from Justice and Fairness, “Could Justice System be fair with its Affirmative actions”? When it comes for the justice to preserve for the people around its community either state or federal every culture legal, is given standards to rightness, it allows fairness to make a judge without comments that interferes with one’s feelings and interest. An issue of many conflicts between society and the justice system has always been a recall towards the whole community. Justice system made it to where everyone can agree with what people should deserve. We want to expand Diversity as much as possible, but with outcomes that share many unique ideas.

In Michigan (1993) Marshall Grutter an American white resident applied for admission in Michigan State university law school High grades and high GPA she was denied for admission. It says that the law school admits On Being Very selective of difference racial to be accepted. The University goal was to make the Law school have more diversity. As I see it this is a very Moral Response from the University. Denying Grutter even though she had the highest grades and highest GPA the school wanted a mixture of all kinds of culture to where they can have more background to see different perspectives of how they can better law. This became an issue then a case, Grutter v Bollinger, Justice O’Connor wrote, ‘in the context of its individualized inquiry into the possible diversity contributions of all applicants, the Law School’s race-conscious admissions program does not unduly harm nonminority applicants.’

Many applicants strive to move in deeper to better jobs, but the main issues of this is that they vary on races. I see how they make it fair with allowing different ethnicity in their universities but those who work there way up on being there and not getting approved is very weak. They ethically want this process of diverse groups to intend the school, but many might say it should be more of higher education gives better acknowledgment to those unlike using a diversity strategy in the university. This can bring many thoughts on how university should be fair with everyone not just from having of the ethnicities.

It seems that Many of the communities with law school want more of an expansion on diverse education with justice on having more different types of backgrounds to assist in law education. Case Gratz v Bollinger didn’t like the problem with Gutter v Bollinger, the supreme ruled in to this issue that it’s not right to only accept some of the applicant points from there race.

Because of how law enforcement can be with the community balancing between of their moral of the case. A police officer procedure is to follow it in an ethical matter. Yet, can communities see both sides on how judicial system must enforce the law. Many of the issues now a days when an arrest is made communities see it as an unethical, Meaning, Violations that are made had no right to follow the procedure in a very misconducted way it is morally intentioned.

An Arrest was made in the State Arizona university to an English professor for not providing an Identification while she was Jay walking crossing a street (2014). The Situation accelerated very fast where the officers followed through their ethical procedures on approaching the Professor is brutal way. Even though this situation could have been handling more of a moral way having better commutation or having more control, both sides could have an effect where something lawful had happened.

As Society sees these Problems occur with the Communities Justice Professions, their actions towards them is Concerning, and being Vigilant about towards them. Communities see all this with their eyes throughout all this information from videos put on to the media where we don’t see how morally officers approach these violent. From a Philosopher point of view (Baker) sees it as (Those of us they distinguished from other violent people by calling us “sheep” rather than the “Wolves” in their training) This is very Strong towards the Law enforcement where there isn’t any morality in it.

It is an issue when it when an ethical behavior is approached at times with Justice professions. Ethical Behavior is “bad” and “evil” act of an action to be allowed. Providing a moral can make actions to not stimulate situations. Situations that occur with groups have a stronger moral conduct. Kleinig (1996) accordingly considers these illegal acts not as discretion but rather as a decision to engage in forbidden conduct. This Proves that the justice system is simply complying with the law, but actions made from the justice system must show and prove that it was done in a correct manner.

Judicial follows discretions that make the legal call in cases, but then there are some rules that show that they don’t have to show discretion which is mostly are in marriage cases, which makes it fair. Ethically It has its side where it makes it legal of allowing it.

Moreover, when culture is involved with Morals, it should be set out on bettering, by being much fair and more understanding when they run into issues. The justice system main intentions are to go for those who break the law. This ethical procedure is what makes the law, it has main principles that they must conduct in their actions, so it is enforced.

In my opinion, every time when I see society in an issue involved with any justice profession either in the media or in the news there is always an ethical procedure that is processed lawful. There is a better outlook when we see it with our own eyes. really these issues have concerned communities of the organization about the justice departments how fairness isn’t shown equal. Coming from Normative Ethics an act of morally should be used. This allows a better understanding when a situation is in confrontation how it should be handled in moral act. When the society are given proper reasons of why situation are like this they find an agreement to it as well.

In Conclusion, seeing justice profession using these acts ethical, moral and processing the legal obligation with society, it has a lot of importance where there is never an ending, on how they are operated even though they are the way of conducting with the process of law. This gives Justice professions to expand more on providing more diversity in communities to have different reflections by those who have a better point on how to make the community gain better reputation ethically and morally. Most Groups acknowledge the law to have fairness with them and the main goal really is to have good reputation with both sides. Many ideas become valuable when a moral response is shown we want to see how it is going to persuade us and what bad outcomes we would get from it. There really isn’t a wrong issue in these types of situations. ethically speaking we want it to work where it becomes legal and fair.
