I believe leadership means someone has the ability to inspire greatness from there team as well as those around them. So they in return could help the needs of the organization. I believe that leaders learn from their critics and make adjustment when necessary. I also believe that leadership means standing up for you believe in, even when it’s hard and people have turn their back on you.
There are many examples of great leadership such as LeBron James is a leaders for the Cleveland Claviers because he led his team to playoff. Chasity Taylor is the leader of Comcast TSC department she used her leadership’s skills to run a department and keep track her of 200 employees. I want to be a part of the Future Leaders because I want to continue to grow with company. I have learn a lot about the agent side of TSC department.
For example, provisioning the phone, reordering equipment, and loading statics. I am thankful that TSC created Future Leaders because it will give me opportunity to gain skills needed to become a better leader within TSC department. With those skill hope that one day I can be a supervisors. I want to gain more leadership skills in the areas hosting team meetings and learn how to manage different personalities.
