I have chosen “Human resource Management of Central Electricity Board” as topic of my portfolio

I have chosen “Human resource Management of Central Electricity Board” as topic of my portfolio. I have further developed my academic knowledge of HR and thus combining it with practical examples as observed during my work placement. According to my understanding of the human resource management I have tried to describe all its major functions such as recruitment, selection, compensation and benefits, training and development. Finally, ending up with the report by laying emphasis on the SWOT analysis on the HRM practice of CEB accompanied by discussing critical points. I have also tried to provide some recommendations based on my knowledge followed by the conclusion which I gathered during my work placement.
