The team I was in was very great because of our leader who has more experience than any of the members of the team. He supports us in all the time personally and in the team. I remember the other day, one of our team mates did not have money to pay for transport while we were going to play outside the town, he paid for him since he saw a very talented player on him. Communication is one of the best that helped us to know where we are struggling because you can partially see the person when he is in bad mood. Communication was the key secret of our team to get the ball in. The encouragement, motivation and the belief of success was also helpful to make us win THE LESSONS Team is very difficult to manage, what I learned there is that we must treat that every opinion is right and allow everyone to share his opinion and we must consider only the best solution with the majority of the votes.
The team members have different conceptual thoughts and everyone wants his opinion to be taken into consideration which can easily take the team in conflicts. The team ca implement rules and regulations for the team in order to pass through conflicts and disagreements. WHAT MADE IT OWFUL? FREELOADERS The members that transfer their work to others, and they do not share their opinions when making decision rather they criticize the opinions of other peers, that could end up without having the proper solution, because the members are discouraged by their peers to put on the table their opinions. VARGUE GOALS The team without having or knowing what its root or the purpose of it being created will struggle to achieve its goal because of the lack of information of the goal. If the team members do not understand or know what the team is trying to achieve that will end up with a chaotic work and with improper solution. THE LESSONS The unity in a team is helpful for example communication and support for the peers can make the team conquer better achievement.
