John Agard states that human beings cannot be considered as a half cast human.
“When I sleep at night I close half-a-eye consequently when I dream I dream half-a-dream” is an appropriate example that illustrates that human being is a whole thing, so that is cast, is from a pure race. It does not matter from the place or country a person has been born, a human must be considered as cast, as pure. In addition the author says: “…but yu must come back tomorrow wid de whole of yu eye an de whole of yu ear an de whole of yu mind…” It is impossible for a human to be a half cast human.
