Afshan and Sharif (2016) point out that trust absence with customer’s direct experience. They rely on structural guarantees to ensure that their financial transactions via mobile devices are safe to be processed and supported by legitimate rules and structures. This not only reduces concerns about the privacy of the information and attitudes of the risks seen but also enhances consumer trust in mobile banking. therefore there are fews trust
