Kansas State university (KSU) and The University of Texas (Austin, TX) are some of the best colleges for Petroleum Engineering. Kansas State university costs 40 thousand 10 thousand a year. Austin, TX cost 20 thousand a year which would cost me 80 thousand. That is way more money than Kansas State university. Austin is the best college for petroleum Engineering. KSU is a pretty good college for petroleum. Kansas is also way closer and costs way less.
KSU would be more convenient because it is closer and costs less. It would take me 11 hours and 30 minutes to get to Austin, TX. That is a long time to get home to see my family and my family is very important to me. I would probably have to fly a plane to see my family because I wouldn’t sit in a car which means more money. It would take me like 3 hours to get to KSU, which is a lot closer than Austin, Texas. I would get to see my family a lot more which is more convenient. I think KSU is way more convenient than Austin, TX.
KSU and Austin, TX both have different positives. KSU has a good living environment. I have been to KSU so I know the campus a little bit. KSU had a good education for petroleum Engineering which is good. KSU would also have more of my best friends at it so I don’t have to meet other people by myself. Austin, TX has the best education for petroleum Engineering which is really good because then I can get a really good degree. Austin, TX would be a new adventure for me which is good for me. I have never been to Austin, TX.
Overall I think I would want to go to KSU because it is closer and costs less. I would get to see my family more. KSU also has a lot of my friends going there. I would probably share a house with my friends because I can’t stand people. I would want it to live in my own house, not on campus. I really think a 3 hour drive is a lot better than a 11 hour and 30 min drive. I wouldn’t mind driving 3 hours to see my family. KSU also has the football team that I support. I have been to 2 KSU games which have been super fun.
Austin, TX and KSU are some of the best colleges for petroleum Engineering. I think overall I think I would go to KSU because it is close and costs a bit less. I like KSU and have always liked them. I would go for 4 years to get my bachelors degree. I have to have my bachelors degree. KSU and Austin, TX are both really good colleges for Engineering. That is why I picked them. The main reason I picked KSU is because it just has more stuff I like.
