Hazing has been described as “any activity or circumstance which neglectfully or purposefully harms the psychological or physical wellbeing of a student.” It includes any fierceness of a physical sort, for example, whipping, beating, marking, forced utilization of any nourishment, alcohol, medicate, or other substance, or any forced physical action which could influence the physical wellbeing and security of the person. It subjects the person to extraordinary mental pressure, for example, lack of sleep, avoidance from social contact, constrained lead which could bring about outrageous humiliation, or whatever other forced movement which could influence the psychological well-being or poise of the person.
