Research Design This study used descriptive analysis method of research to determine the nutritional status of children with special needs. According to Fox, W.
& Bayat, M.S. (2013), descriptive research is knowing the problem by the process of data gathering that describes the situation. Manuel et al. (2014) stated that it involves describing, recording, analyzing, and interpretating of the information that has been observed. Based on Zikmund(2013), to generate descriptive data it should be done by inputing raw data in a form sheet for it to be easily interpreted by manipulting, regulating, rearranging data.
